Sharing and Cooperation

Increasing the quality of members’ work and their capacity by facilitating the sharing of relevant information and experience from projects throughout the developing world and on EU issues.

EU-CORD members have a wealth of experience of development and humanitarian relief work. Through sharing good practice, contacts and local field information members can raise the quality of all aspects of their work. There is also cooperation in advocacy activities and exploring mutual core values in relation to the future strategy of the network.

In early July, 36 local NGO partners of EU-CORD members gathered in Kigali for a four day workshop on EU development aid. The local partners work in Burkina Faso, Burundi, DRCongo, Kenya, Sierra Leone and Uganda as well as Rwanda.
