Event Details

Decolonisation raises challenging questions for everyone especially those of us in the aid sector. We will look at the historical background; how this affects relationships and asks how we should move forward from where we are?

We will be seeking to answer these questions:

1) What do we mean by decolonisation and why is this relevant today?

2) What questions does decolonisation raise for us?

3) How can better understanding improve relationships?

There will be discussion and opinions are welcomed which will take place in a non- judgemental way where all questions are welcome. This will help participants to explore this subject and learn from others.
