New role, 0.4 FTE, based in Northwestern Europe: as EU-CORD’s network becomes increasingly member-led, we’re introducing a part-time Network Coordinator role focused on our internal work — building on the strong foundations already in place. Applications are open now, reviewed on a rolling basis.
A network that leads itself?
EU-CORD’s 25–30 member organisations, working in over 80 countries alongside hundreds of local partners, have always been the source of the network’s strength. As that shared ownership deepens, our structures are evolving to match: more of the network’s direction now sits with members themselves, coordinated through their leadership meetings and working groups.
The new Network Coordinator role reflects this shift. It’s a focused, part-time position dedicated to the network’s internal life — facilitating member collaboration, connecting the leadership meetings, and keeping the connective tissue of the network strong, so members can set direction together and EU-CORD’s external voice, in European policy and funding spaces, stays grounded in what unites them.
