Spotlight on Education
Education is a key tool to strengthen Climate Change Adaptation, as well as the conservation and restoration of Biodiversity and Ecosystems. At the same time, education is increasingly threatened by climate change, as schools are used as disaster shelters, become inaccessible due to floods, or unaffordable due to food shortages.
Tailored to a variety of programme participants, education can take many forms – from school curricula to community gardens and farmer trainings.
