Making Agriculture Climate Smart

Agriculture remains the most important source of livelihood for most of our programme participants, and small scale farming is critical to food security. At the same time, climate change makes agriculture increasingly unpredictable. Climate Smart Agriculture aims at making farmers more adaptive and resilient, while minimising the environmental footprint of farming.
