Join us for our first policy conversation of the year, where we team up with Sarah Hull (Light of the World) and Blandine Bouniol (Humanity for Inclusion), who co-lead the IDDC EU Task Group. Together, we’ll map out the key policy discussions, major topics, and overall direction the European Union is heading this year—and explore how these developments impact our collective work.

We’ll also shine a special spotlight on disability inclusion, examining how it influences advocacy and action at the EU level. This session promises to offer fresh insights, practical guidance, and lively discussion—so come ready to learn, share your views, and stay connected with the trends shaping our community.

The Concept

Join Ruth and Tabeth for an informal, interactive conversation on the latest developments emerging from the Brussels bubble. These unrecorded sessions are designed to keep the atmosphere relaxed and allow for frank discussion, timely insights, and valuable context. With no formal presentations, you can expect open dialogue and a chance to connect with others who want to stay on top of important new trends—whether you’re a policy expert or simply curious.

Occasionally, we’ll invite a special guest or two to offer fresh perspectives on specific topics that grab our attention. This is your opportunity to ask questions, contribute your ideas, and leave feeling better informed about the issues shaping our work. Everyone is welcome—just bring your curiosity and let’s explore together!
