EU-CORD’s Climate Champions
In 2023, EU-CORD ran a 10-week campaign that showcased the efforts of its member organisations in responding to the challenge of climate change in the communities where they work. Each member collaborated with local partners in the countries where they operated, pooling their expertise and resources to assist those most severely impacted by the effects of climate change. Together, they served as a beacon of hope, demonstrating the power of global cooperation in addressing this critical issue.
We are now in the process of developing a policy brief. This brief will compile the key messages from the campaign, aiming to synthesise the experiences and approaches shared by our members. It’s intended to guide future policy development and provide inspiration for continued collaborative efforts in combatting climate change.
